Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Fee:
・10 days before reservation: 50%
・5 days before reservation: 75%
・After that: 100% - Priority reservations are processed in the order of confirmed payments.
- Full refund will be issued in case of cancellations due to the service provider or the sushi restaurant.
- No-shows will incur an additional $100 penalty charge.
- In case of disrespectful behavior toward the staff, the restaurant, or cultural values—including political assertions— the service may be cancelled immediately without refund. In such cases, 100% cancellation fee applies.
