Dining Etiquette & Courtesy Guidelines
- Please arrive on time. Punctuality is part of the experience.
- If you must cancel or expect to arrive late, please inform us in advance. (Refer to our cancellation policy.)
- Bringing outside food or beverages into the restaurant is not permitted.
- Please refrain from speaking loudly or creating disturbances within the restaurant.
- Follow any house-specific rules or requests from the sushi chef or staff.
- Enjoy the experience — eat and drink freely, with joy.
- If you are moved by the flavors or the moment, kindly express it with a simple phrase such as, “That was wonderful” or “Delicious” — your appreciation means a great deal to the chef.
- Chefs may appear reserved or stern — it is a reflection of their focus and dedication. Please feel free to ask questions respectfully.
- If you are served something you cannot eat, do not hesitate to say, “I’m sorry, I cannot eat this,” or discreetly offer it to the host.
- For photography or social media posts, please obtain permission from the restaurant beforehand. (We can assist with advance confirmation.)
- If any issue arises, please contact us using the emergency support line shared in advance.
